Regime for access to administrative and environmental information and reuse of administrative documents - LADA

Law No. 26/2016, of 22 August, approved the access regime to administrative and environmental information and the reuse of administrative documents (LADA). Under the terms of its article 9, the Responsible for Access to Information (RAI) is responsible, namely, for monitoring the processing of ongoing requests for access and reuse of information, and may be contacted through the following means:
